DRS-SS direction finding and geolocation systems employ various algorithmic techniques including Watson-Watt, pseudo-Doppler, Correlative Vector, Super-resolution and Time Difference of Arrival approaches. The WJ-9012A HFDF system has field proven Superresolution for DF and geolocation as well as extending that technology to ECOPY that is using beam forming and null steering and Higher Order Statistics approaches to support demodulation of signals in strong co-channel interference situations. DRS-SS wireless multichannel receiver subsystems include products that demodulate various wireless signals including AMPS, NAMPS, TACS, INMARSAT, NMT, GPRS and GSM signal protocols. Some of these systems have targeted lightweight low power requirements while others have been deployed for very high channel count applications. |
