Paid Time Off Plan

DRS strives to accommodate the diverse lifestyles and changing needs of employees. Our Paid Time Off Plan contributes to this effort by providing more benefit options and flexibility. The plan is a single all-purpose leave package designed to accomodate employee absences due to vacation illness, injury or personal business.

Alternative Work Schedule

9/80 with non-payday Fridays off

Holidays

10 holidays per year, with six fixed holidays and four floating holidays assigned by the company. The four floating holidays are generally designated between Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Funeral Leave

Up to 3 days leave with pay when a death occurs in the immediate family.

Military Reserve Leave

Members of the Armed Forces Reserve Units or National Guard will be paid the difference between their regular pay and their reserve pay for up to 10 days of annual training.

Jury Duty

The employee will receive their receive their regular base pay during a period of jury duty.
